I grew up in the small but cozy “Lilac Capital of Ontario”, Franktown. I spent most of my childhood running around in the forest, playing on the many school sports teams and digging in the dirt in my dad’s gardens. This is where my love for nature and physical activity all began...

My love for running started at a young age as well. My elementary school, which was nestled between several farms, didn’t have a track so running the 400m race meant running 1 lap around the school. I still hold 2 records at my high school for the 400m, but these days I stick to running half and full marathons. I also found a love for cycling, which has propelled me into the world of triathlons and Ironman. I love being a part of the running, cycling and triathlon communities in Toronto for their abundance of positivity, kindness and support. It is an honour to be able to give back to these communities by helping runners and athletes on their journeys to health and wellness! I have a strong innate need to help all living beings, so whether you’re an elite athlete or just looking to get some extra movement into your life, I’m here to help you . I truly believe that running can be used as medicine and that you can achieve just about anything you put your mind to (with a little hard work and dedication)! That being said, I know that running isn’t for everyone, so finding activities that bring you joy and ultimately wellness is what is most important!

Credentials: I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours and I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
